On May 3, 2017, Orange Motors Inc. was purchased by the DePaula Auto Group. We look forward to creating a life long customer relationship with you. We know and understand the value of our customers.

Please understand, we purchased the dealership operations and not any warranties offered by Orange Motor Co. As a prior customer of Orange Motors, you may have received benefits from them. We will do our best to honor these during this time of transition.

For those of you who have lifetime oil change coupons, we will honor these, while trying to earn you as a customer, if the following criteria is met:

• You must have purchased the vehicle from Orange Motors Inc.
• You must have all other service work performed at DePaula Ford and DePaula Mazda.
• Should history show that you only come to have your oil changes performed, we will perform the first oil change for free, and there after, coupon will become invalid.
• The benefit will only be on this vehicle as long as you own it.

For those of you who purchased a vehicle from Orange Motors, Inc. and were owed or promised anything on delivery, we will honor these too. You must provide proper paperwork so that we may confirm and fulfill these promises
